Responsibilities of the Emmanuel Day School Parent

• Full understanding, respect, and acceptance of the Emmanuel Day School guidelines that appear on this site.
  
• Tuition Payments made in a timely manner.
  
• Providing your child with a seasonally appropriate uniform daily.
  
• Observing and respecting our hours of operation.
  
• Providing all records, (immunization, etc) before the child’s first day of school (This applies to all enrolled children in your family).
  
• Provide appropriate outdoor clothing for play. This is jackets suitable for cold/wet weather, snow/wet boots, scarves, hats, mittens, socks/tights, and applied sunscreen on days requiring it.
  
• Supplying a Yoga Mat. We would like your child to have their own mat, specific only to them. Please provide a mat with your child’s name clearly printed in permanent marker on it. This mat will be returned after the school year has concluded.
  
• Reading all materials that are sent home and/or posted pertaining to upcoming events or special days of interest at the Emmanuel Day School.
  
• Please refrain from inviting children at the Emmanuel Day School to private events at your home such as birthdays, etc., at the school itself. (We prefer this to be done by invitation to the homes of children to prevent hurt feelings from those not invited to the event).
  
• Informing the staff of any personal changes in your child’s life: physical, emotional or otherwise.
